1. 이 앱은 무엇인가요

토론토영락교회 청년부(청년1부, TEVA YN)가 운영하는 교회 공동체 앱(https://yntoronto.com)입니다. 포털, 셀 모임 보고, 새가족 등록, 주보 · 광고, 찬양방송팀 허브(콘티 · 악보 · 스케줄), 단기선교 · 수련회 신청 등을 제공합니다. 영리 목적으로 운영하지 않으며, 청년부 구성원과 사역자가 교회 사역을 위해서만 사용합니다.

2. 수집하는 정보

앱은 광고를 하지 않으며 광고용 추적 도구를 쓰지 않습니다. 화면 설정(밝은 화면 · 어두운 화면 등)은 사용 중인 기기의 브라우저에만 저장됩니다.

3. 사용 목적

• 교인 확인과 로그인, 셀 · 사역 운영, 새가족 돌봄
• 찬양방송팀 스케줄 · 콘티 · 악보 공유, 안내 메일 · 앱 알림 발송
• 행사 · 선교 · 수련회 신청과 안내
• 본인이 요청한 기능(캘린더 연동 등) 제공

수집한 정보를 광고 · 판매 · 마케팅에 쓰지 않습니다.

4. 구글 사용자 데이터 (Google 캘린더 연동)

「구글 캘린더」 연동은 선택 기능이며, 직접 동의한 분만 적용됩니다.

• 요청하는 권한: calendar.app.created (앱이 만든 보조 캘린더와 그 안의 일정만 만들기 · 보기 · 고치기 · 지우기), 그리고 계정 확인용 openid email
• 사용 방식: 앱이 본인의 구글 계정에 전용 캘린더(기본 이름 「청년부 찬양팀」)를 하나 만들고, 그 안에 본인이 서는 토요 연습 · 주일 예배 · 행사 일정을 넣고, 편성이 바뀌면 고치거나 지웁니다. 이 권한은 앱이 만든 캘린더만 다룰 수 있어서, 본인의 다른 캘린더와 일정은 읽거나 바꾸거나 지우지 않습니다.
• 저장: 구글 계정 이메일과 갱신 토큰을 앱 데이터베이스에 보관하며, 연동 기능을 제공하는 데에만 사용합니다.
• 공유 안 함: 구글 사용자 데이터를 제3자에게 판매 · 제공 · 전송하지 않고, 광고나 개인 맞춤 광고에 쓰지 않으며, 사람이 읽지 않습니다(법적 요구 · 보안 조사 · 본인 요청 제외).
• 해제: 허브의 「스케줄 → 캘린더에 추가」에서 「연동 해제」를 누르면 앱이 만든 전용 캘린더를 지우고 구글 권한을 돌려드립니다. 구글 계정의 보안 → 서드 파티 앱 액세스에서도 언제든 해제할 수 있습니다.
• 이 앱이 구글 API에서 받은 정보를 사용하고 다른 앱으로 전송하는 것은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책(제한적 사용 요구사항 포함)을 준수합니다.

5. 보관 · 보호

• 정보는 앱 데이터베이스(PostgreSQL)와 클라우드 저장소(Google Drive · Cloudflare R2)에 저장됩니다.
• 전송 구간은 HTTPS로 암호화하며, 열람 권한은 역할별로 나눕니다(본인 · 셀장 · 팀장 · 커미티). 신청서의 여권 · 보험 정보 등은 본인과 커미티만 열 수 있습니다.
• 사역 종료 · 신청 후 목적이 끝난 정보는 합리적인 기간 안에 지우거나 보관을 제한합니다(새가족 기록은 일정 기간 활동이 없으면 정리).

6. 처리를 맡기는 곳

앱 운영을 위해 아래 서비스를 사용하며, 각 서비스는 해당 기능에 필요한 범위에서만 정보를 처리합니다.

• Google (로그인 · Gmail 발송 · Drive · 캘린더 연동)
• 호스팅 · 데이터베이스 제공업체 (Render 등), Cloudflare (파일 저장)
• 웹 푸시 서비스 (브라우저 · 기기 제조사가 제공하는 알림 전달)
• AI 서비스 (Anthropic Claude) — 설교 요약 · 번역 등 일부 기능에서 그 기능에 필요한 글만 전달합니다. 교적 연락처는 전달하지 않습니다.

7. 열람 · 정정 · 삭제 · 연동 해제

본인의 정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 언제든 요청할 수 있습니다. [email protected] 로 문의해 주세요. 요청을 확인한 뒤 합리적인 기간 안에 처리합니다.

8. 아동 · 청소년

이 앱은 청년부 구성원(성인)을 위한 서비스이며 만 13세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

9. 변경

방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 날짜와 내용을 고치고, 중요한 변경은 앱 공지로 알립니다.

Privacy Policy (English)

This app (https://yntoronto.com) is run by the Young Adults ministry (TEVA YN) of Youngnak Presbyterian Church of Toronto for church members and ministry leaders. It is not operated for profit, has no advertising, and uses no advertising trackers.

Information we collect

• Member records: name, phone, email, optional KakaoTalk ID, birthday, cell group, ministry roles, Google sign-in email.
• Ministry activity: cell reports, attendance, worship-team lineups and availability, mission-trip / retreat applications (sensitive application data is visible only to the person and the committee), files you upload (sheet music, photos, recordings).
• Push-notification addresses and notification preferences for devices where you turned alerts on.
• Only if you choose "Google Calendar": your Google account email and a refresh token.

Google user data and Google Calendar

• Scopes requested: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.app.created, plus openid email to identify the account.
• How it is used: when you click "Google Calendar" in the worship hub and consent, the app creates a dedicated secondary calendar (default name "청년부 찬양팀") in your Google account, puts the practices, Sunday services and events you are scheduled to serve at into it, and updates or deletes them when the lineup changes. This scope only allows access to secondary calendars created by the app, so the app cannot read, change or delete your other calendars or events.
• Storage: your account email and refresh token are stored in the app database and used only to provide this feature.
• No sharing: we do not sell, share or transfer Google user data to third parties, do not use it for advertising or personalized ads, and no humans read it, except as required for security, legal compliance or with your consent.
• Disconnect: use "Disconnect" in Schedule → Add to calendar (the app deletes the dedicated calendar it created and revokes access), or revoke access any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use and protect it

Only to run church ministry (sign-in, cell and team operations, scheduling and notifications, event sign-ups). Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database and cloud storage (Google Drive, Cloudflare R2), transmitted over HTTPS, and access is limited by role. We delete or restrict data when it is no longer needed.

Service providers

Google (sign-in, Gmail delivery, Drive, Calendar), hosting / database and Cloudflare (storage), web-push delivery services, and an AI service (Anthropic Claude) used for features such as sermon summaries and translation, receiving only the text those features need — not member contact details.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time: contact [email protected].

Children

The app is for adult young-adult members and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We will update this page (and announce important changes in the app) when this policy changes.
